How long does JoyaGoo store items for free?
JoyaGoo stores items free for 90 days from when the order shows “Stored”; a packed parcel waiting for its shipping payment is kept free for 30 days.
Are JoyaGoo's QC photos free?
When the warehouse receives an item it runs a quality check and takes several photos, which you can see in your order.
How fast does JoyaGoo buy an item?
After you pay for the item and its delivery inside China, JoyaGoo buys it on your behalf and has it sent to its warehouse.
Can I return an item bought through JoyaGoo?
Within 5 days of the QC check being completed you can ask for a return or exchange from the order page; after that the seller no longer accepts it.
Is there a JoyaGoo sign-up coupon?
New JoyaGoo accounts get a ¥1,200 (about $170) coupon pack, as coupons with minimum spends. It is JoyaGoo's own offer.

Ordering a find through JoyaGoo
- Find the item here and press Buy, or paste any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link (or another agent's link) into the JoyaGoo link converter. JoyaGoo's product page takes a shop_type and an id, nothing more, which makes it one of the simplest formats to convert into: the converter pulls the marketplace and item number out of any agent's link and hands you the JoyaGoo version.
- On joyagoo.com, pick the size and colour and pay for the item.
- JoyaGoo buys it from the seller and photographs it at its warehouse for you to check.
- When your haul is ready, combine it into one parcel and choose a shipping line.
